Please read below for some common FAQs about our shipping, return, and purchase policies. If your question is not answered below, please contact us and we will respond shortly.

Return Policies

You may return new, unused and unopened items sold and fulfilled by within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs will only be covered if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging or equivalent shipping material as well as packing slip.

All returns must be sent back to our distribution center at the following address:

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, soiled, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not covered under our General Returns Policy. We are not responsible for any return costs, product exchange, or reimbursement.

We'll request a refund after we receive and process your return.

Expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).

This time period includes:

  • 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
  • 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
  • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)
    We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
    If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account within 4 weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for help.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process your order once the returns arrive at our Shops of Hawaii Warehouse.

Items purchased from cannot be returned to a physical store. Items purchased from must be processed through our Shops of Hawaii Warehouse return center. The address is:

A small fee will applied to any fragile items up to 5 items in your cart. All products that have this fragile items packaging fee will be noted on the product page.

Typically, orders received are processed within 2-3 business days and shipping times via USPS are estimated at 3-5 business days. Once your item ships from our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with USPS tracking information. If you have not received an emailed Shipment Notification within 7-10 business days, please contact and we will provide further assistance.

Please note that if you have ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments.
